All TrueCoat 360 sprayers can spray water-based and solvent-based paints, stains and primers that can be cleaned with mineral spirits. Materials that cannot be used with TrueCoat 360 sprayers include any flammable materials, texture based material, and elastomeric.

No. Once you squeeze all of the air out of the bag, you close the VacuValve cap to seal out the air. We recommend you squeeze out the air again once you prime the sprayer. After that, there is no need to squeeze the bag while spraying.

Yes, you need to evacuate the air out of the cup and prime after each cup fill.

Yes. The FlexLiner bag is made of a durable, pliable plastic that is very easy to rinse out and reuse.

Yes.  You can use a wide range of spray tips and sizes.  Please consults the manual or brochure for more information.

 

TrueCoat:

No. All TrueCoat 360 sprayers include two spray tips for spraying small or large surfaces. They are both .015 inch orifice size tips. The black spray tip sprays a 12 inch pattern, the gray spray tip sprays a 4 inch pattern. No other tips or sizes are needed or available.

The TC Pro will not be able to spray Smooth Deck Over paint. The specs recommend a minimum tip size of .027. The TC Pro can only support up to a max of .016.

The TC Pro can spray Ready Seal semi-transparent stain. The batteries last from 4 to 5 quarts. The thickness of the material can affect the battery cycle before it needs to be charged.

The TC Pro utilizes the TCP tips and the Ultra utilizes FFLP tips, which can be interchanged between the guns. Both offer the same exact quality and finish.

 No, there is no cost efficient way to convert the TC Pro to a solvent resistant unit.

No, the FFLP tips and TCP tips are interchangeable. No need to buy a RAC X guard.

The TC Pro tip guard can utilize FFLP tips. No new guard is needed. 

The TC Pro can use the standard Graco extension. You should be able find the extensions at your local Home Depot.

No, the TC Pro can not spray textured paint.

Yes, the RAC X guard will fit on the TC Pro handheld.
