ADM & FCM3:  Made the following improvements to the product:

• Added additional logic to ensure proper operation of an Active Ball valve (“Check Valve”) installed between the “A pump” outlet and the MD2.  Since the valve is controlled by FCM3 #2 and the dispense is controlled FCM3 #1, additional FCM3 to FCM3 communication logic was added to ensure the pump did not stall at the pump entrance or in the metering tube during a dispense.
• The logic which implements the “X Pump Low Pressure Limit” function was improved to ensure the system can detect if a pump is not properly loaded, due to a failure of an accumulator at a pump inlet.
• The ADM based logic which detects a communication problem between the ADM & a FCM3 was modified to execute less frequently, to help prevent erroneous error generations.

FCM3:  Made the following improvements to the product:

1. Added improvements to the X “Pump High Pressure Limit” logic, to have it react quicker and more consistently to an over-pressure limit entered by a user for a particular pump.
2. Added logic to have the system look and abort a dispense if an over pressure condition occurs after a flow set point reduction occurs due to the “Slow Down at High Pressure” function is turned ON.  This and item 1 makes the product better suited for dispensing pressure sensitive materials, typically filled will hollow spheres.
3. Fixed an issue where the logic was not properly storing the requested On/ Off state of the ““Config. PLC Bit3 to Error Acknowledge” feature.
4. Added additional integration control adjustment logic to make the control react quicker if the current flow is significantly less, or significantly more than its flow set point.

ADM & FCM3 Added the following features to the product:

1. Added a “Base Purge” feature.  This feature is available on systems which have the Accumulator refill option for the A side material.  If activated via the “ 1:0” key (see image below), the A side supply feed is turned ON, and the dispense and active ball valve (if installed) are turned ON to fill the static mixer with A side material.
2. A “Metering Tube Entrance Adjustment” feature was added enabling to user slightly adjust the metering tube entrance position via software.  This is to assist with the 1st bead dispense when the pumps are loaded and the pistons are at the tube entrance.  Not only will the adjustment assist with “snake-heads” at the start of a bead, but will provide an adjustment if the pump pistons begin to wear.
3. The modified the logic providing the “READY – OUTPUT” for an automation application, where the “READY – OUTPUT” will NOT be ready if the pumps are retracted and the “Auto-Load Pump After Dispense” feature is turned ON.  For this condition, the PR70F will still accept a shot request even if the machine is providing a NOT ready indication.
4. Fixed some pump reload and stall to pressure issues found during testing with the product connected to a table top automation cell.
5. Fixed a PLC interface issue pertaining to the shot selection control bits, found during testing.

ADM & FCM3 Added the following features to the product:

1. Added or corrected logic to drive an active check/ Ball valve installed between a pump output, and an MD2 input port. The valve was installed to support dispensing materials with pressure sensitive spheres.
2. A check box option titled “Active Check Valve Installed” was added (it was removed at last minute in previous version) to a setup screen to turn ON the new logic for the feature.
3. Added a soft key option to the Manual setup screen, if the Active ball (or “Check”) valve is installed, enabling the user to Open or Close the valve.

1. Logic was added to support an Active Check Valve, to support dispensing materials with pressure sensitive spheres.  A check box option titled “Active Check Valve Installed” was added to a setup screen to turn ON the new logic for the feature.
2. Added text strings to the USB logs to indicate if there is a failure with an installed active check, or if the pumps are slowed down due to the material reaching a high pressure entry.
3. Fixed an Operator Mode dispense issue, if the machine has two point calibration data (small and large amount shot data) loaded into the machine.  Unlike the PR70, the PR70F does NOT need the 2 point shot data loaded to operate properly.

Added a “Reload Only on INTERRUPT-CAN.” Feature to the PLC interface, where if “checked”, the PR70F will only reload the pump and not retract when the control line is activated. This feature was requested by a customer in Columbus Ohio, USA.
