Warm Melt Software Change History

This version of the Warm Melt System contains a Graco Display module, with the following keyboard:

The Version History of Warm Melt Tandem system is listed below. The software currently installed can be found by navigating to Advanced Setup 4 and 5 Screens.

All Warm melt systems should match one of the following system versions.

To upgrade to a newer software version, order the appropriate “Software Upgrade Token” as listed below. Please refer to the Warm Melt Supply Systems manual (313296) for instructions on operation of the system.

Software Upgrade Token: 25D885 Series A

  • Display Module (DM): 17V616 version 1.01.001
  • Fluid Control Module (FCM3): 17V615 version 1.01.001
  • Temperature Control Module: 15M871 version 1.07.005
  • Communications Gateway Module (CGM): 17P796 version 3.01.004

DM, FCM3 and CGM Modules:

  • Created new Part numbers, and reset the version number.  This software is NO longer the same part number as the Tandem Ambient Supply Systems.
  • Upgraded the CGM logic to the 17P796 version.

Software Upgrade Token: 16C027 Series T

  • Display Module (DM): 15W524 version 1.06.006
  • Fluid Control Module (FCM3): 15X221 version 1.02.006
  • Temperature Control Module: 15M871 version 1.07.005
  • Communications Gateway Module (CGM): 15U193 version 2.06.004

CGM Module:    

  • Fixed a communication issue with the Ethernet I/P fieldbus version modules.

Software Upgrade Token: 16C027 Series S (no longer available for sale)

  • Display Module (DM): 15W524 version 1.06.006
  • Fluid Control Module (FCM3): 15X221 version 1.02.006
  • Temperature Control Module: 15M871 version 1.07.005
  • Communications Gateway Module (CGM): 15U193 version 2.06.003

DM and FCM3 Modules:

  • Added Dura-Flo pump sizes and calibration feature to the DM.
  • Fixed minor issue with the FCM3 logic.
