Displacement pump operates, but output is low.

To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

  • Service the piston ball check.

 

  1. Service the ball check.
  1. Tighten packing nut or replace seals.

 

  1. Sevice the inlet ball check.

 

  1. Tighten clamps.

 

  1. Clean the fluid hose on the applicator.

 

  1. Remove and clean out the inlet tube asseblies.

 

  1. Clean or replace.

 

  1. Reduce length or increase hose diameter.
