To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

  • Turn on system without dispensing.  
    • Check if gun maintains stable setpoint temperature.
  • Check gun heater resistance at the gun connector, looking for a stable reading between 100 and 200 ohms.  
    • See connector wiring diagram in the corresponding gun instruction manual.
  • Swap with known good gun.
