When using a Graco disinfectant sprayer, you must confirm that the EPA-approved label of the disinfectant you intend to spray permits spray application. You must also carefully follow all directions on the label, including but not limited to any requirements for pre-cleaning surfaces to be treated, disinfectant coverage and contact time, re-treatment, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Alcohol-based disinfectants are NOT suitable for spray in the SaniSpray HP10 and HP20 Corded Handheld as static build-up could occur.

No, it's safer to replace the complete part.  

No, It will corrode. Must use the one designed for spraying disinfects. This extension can not be used on the standard handhelds. 

Verify that the polymer seal is installed and not the metal one.

Sprayers should be completely cleaned, wiped down, and disinfected after every use and before transferring from one individual to another. As a precaution, if it is unknown if a sprayer was properly cleaned, wiped down, and disinfected, it should be treated as if it was not.

Sprayers must be flushed with water after every use and before storage. Never store disinfectant in the sprayer. Repeat the flushing procedure using clean water, then sure all water is evacuated from the Sprayer, Gun and Hose.

Particle Size will be between a Fine Mist to a Course Spray depending on tip size and the pressure setting you use.
To achieve smaller particle sizes, users can move to a smaller tip and/or higher pressure.
For more course particle sizes, users can move to a larger tip and/or Lower pressure. 

Particle size will vary based on tip size, pressure and disinfection product used. Average particle size measured when spraying water ranges from 30-110 microns.
