QTA3: Dose Time A Error

To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

The gun trigger is active, but no A pulses (QTA1, QTA2, QTA3) or no B pulses (QTB1) are detected during the dose time selected.

Fully trigger the gun.

Increase flow rate.

To check meter sensor operation, remove meter cap to expose sensor. Pass a ferrous metal tool in front of the sensor.
If there is a meter or cable failure, you will see a large difference between the amount of fluid dispensed and the flow meter volume displayed by the Display Module. Clean or repair meter as necessary.

Turn on the supply pump.

Check the air lines for leaks and repair.

Clean or replace air flow switch.
