E-8: Dose Time B Alarm

To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Gun trigger input is active (AFS or Integration) and fewer than 31 B meter pulses were detected during the dose time selected.

Fully trigger the gun.

 Increase flow rate.

 Increase the dose time setting.

  • To check meter sensor operation, remove meter cap to expose sensor. Pass a ferrous metal tool in front of the sensor. 
  • If there is a meter or cable failure, you will see a large difference between the amount of fluid dispensed and the flow meter volume displayed by the EasyKey. Clean or repair meter as necessary. Also see meter manual 308778. 
  • Follow Meter Calibration procedure, in manual.

Turn on the supply pump.

Check the air lines for leaks and repair.

Clean or replace air flow switch.

Verify condition of fuse and replace if necessary. See Repair-Parts manual.
