The Version History of Fluid Automation F4 software is listed below. The software currently installed on the F4 system can be found by navigating to Advanced Screen 4.

All F4 systems should match one of the following system versions.

To upgrade to a newer software version, order the appropriate “Software Upgrade Token” as listed below.

Please refer to the maintenance section of the Software Update Procedure manual (335028) for instructions on how to upgrade the modules.

1. Small Shot Mode

a) A specialized mode to allow smaller dispense sizes to be taken with the F4 machine. Requires:

i. Two additional pressure sensors.

ii. A Blue Token to enable this feature.

2. Ratio Adjustment

a) New feature to allow the adjustment of the A:B Ratio in the range of [0.8:1 to 1.2:1]

b) Alternatively, ratio offset may also be changed by Percentage of A used. Similar to format on FAI’s M4 user interface.

c) Ratio target is now added as a column in USB logs.

d) Ratio Adjustment is also displayed in percentages of each material’s usage.

3. Pressure Unit Adjustment

a) Optional pressure sensors, unit may be selected for psi, bar, MPa
