The Version History of PCF and PrecisionSwirl Software is listed below. The software currently installed on a PCF system can be found by navigating to Advanced Setup Screen 3 or 4. To upgrade software revisions, order the appropriate "Software Upgrade Token" as listed below or utilize the "Token Burning" feature described in manual 3A6321. This Upgrade Token is used to upgrade software on all of the system components per the procedure described in the Maintenance section of PCF instruction manual 3A2098 or PrecisionSwirl manual 3A1935.

- Added capability for 2 additional, better and simpler CGM maps (titled “small” and “Bigger”) for monitoring data and controlling a PCF system from a controlling Robot or PLC device (Graco map token P/N’s 19C804 and 19C803 respectively). If the PCF detects the existence of these 2 maps, more data will be provided to the controlling logic accordingly. Both maps control up to 4 fluid plates. USB sticks are also available which provide support files, an interface document and a sample PLC program to assist with the controlling logic development (Graco P/N’s 19C811 and 19C812 respectively). The map information has been added to Appendix C of the PCF 4 fluid plate operation manual (Graco document 3A2098).
