PRXV Software Change History

The Version History of the PRXV software version is listed below. The software currently installed on the PRXV system can be found by navigating to the Main Screen. Details on this screen can be found in PRXV Operation Manual 3A9328.

All PRXV systems should match one of the following system versions. If an upgrade to a newer software version is desired, follow the procedure below to download the latest version of software to the screen and PLC of the PRXV controller.

PRXV PLC software update procedure:

1. Download the current version of software file (zip file)
2. Power off the controller and remove the SD card from CPU module of PLC
3. Unzip the file and copy files in folder ‘2004233\PLC SD’ (controller PN 2002077) or ‘2004234\PLC SD’ (controller PN 2002500) to the SD card of PLC CPU module
4. Insert the SD card into the SD card slot of the CPU
5. Turn on the controller to update PRXV PLC program
6. When the status light of the CPU module turns green, turn off the controller power and then remove the SD card

PRXV screen software update procedure:

1. Download the current version of software file (zip file)
2. Power off the controller and remove the USB memory from screen
3. Unzip the file and copy files in folder ‘2004233\HMI USB’ (controller PN 2002077) or ‘2004234\ HMI USB’ (controller PN 2002500) to the USB memory
4. Insert the USB memory into the screen
5. Turn on the controller and push the ‘Setting’ button
6. Select ‘Service & Commissioning,’ and push ‘Project Download’ button
7. Push ‘Start Search’ button, go to the bottom of the page and push ’>’
8. On step 2/4 and step 3/4, push ‘>”
9. On step 4/4, push ‘Accept’ button and screen program will download to screen
