Tandem Supply Systems Software Change History

This version of the Tandem Supply contains a Graco Display module, with the keyboard shown below. 

The Version History of Tandem system is listed below. The software currently installed on a Tandem system can be found by navigating to Advanced Setup 4 and 5 Screens.

All Tandem systems should match one of the following system versions.

To upgrade to a newer software version, order the appropriate “Software Upgrade Token” as listed below. Please refer to the Tandem Supply Systems manual (313528) for instructions on the operation of the system.

Software Upgrade Token 16C027 Series W

  • Display Module (DM): 15W524 version 1.06.014
  • Fluid Control Module (FCM3): 15X221 version 1.02.009
  • Temperature Control Module: 15M871 version 1.07.005
  • Communications Gateway Module (CGM): 17P796 version 3.01.004
  • Removed logic that generated the Disconnected Air Solenoid alarms (“WK1X” and “WK2X”), which were found to be not reliable based on user feedback.

Software Upgrade Token 16C027 Series V

  • Display Module (DM): 15W524 version 1.06.014
  • Fluid Control Module (FCM3): 15X221 version 1.02.008
  • Temperature Control Module: 15M871 version 1.07.005
  • Communications Gateway Module (CGM): 17P796 version 3.01.004
  • Fixed issue where the runaway pump cycles/ min. set point was not being properly stored in EE2 memory, hence preventing it from remembering the setting after a power cycle.

Software Upgrade Token 16C027 Series U

  • Display Module (DM): 15W524 version 1.06.014
  • Fluid Control Module (FCM3): 15X221 version 1.02.007
  • Temperature Control Module: 15M871 version 1.07.005
  • Communications Gateway Module (CGM): 17P796 version 3.01.004

DM, FCM3 and CGM Modules:

  • Replaced existing CGM large map (Map Token P/N: 15V525), with a much smaller map of data, which provides the same features and significantly reduces the message sizes on the corresponding field bus interface.  The CGM development kit (CGK010) was modified significantly!  This change affected the DM and FCM3 logic.
  • Upgraded the CGM logic to the 17P796 version.

  • Fixed a communication issue with the Ethernet I/P fieldbus version modules.

  • Added Dura-Flo pump sizes and calibration feature to the DM.
  • Fixed minor issue with the FCM3 logic.
