To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Adjust the drum empty level sensor to detect an empty state.
- Ensure the ram director valve is in the down position and sufficient air is forcing the ram down.
- Melter at incorrect temperature, too low.
- Check setpoint and set to manufacturers recommendation.
- Inspect pump seals and replace if necessary.
