Material is too thick to push through the hose without packing out.

To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Thin and mix material thoroughly to a lower viscosity if material supplier allows.
Use a pump system priming fluid (dish soap or slicking agent) to wet out the system.
Reduce length and/or increase diameter of hose.
