To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Verify that the B material pressure regulator is turned on and set to the correct pressure.
Verify the all ball valves before the applicator are open.
Replace spray tip and while dispensing material monitor the display for B flow rate.
Verify that B side of gun is not plugged. Replace spray applicator and tips as necessary.
Inspect all cabling for proper connection and damage.
Verify B meter gears spin freely.

If flow is registering, but at a reduced rate, inspect for B side of system for restrictions.
Verify that B side of gun is not restricted. Replace spray applicator and tips as necessary.
Inspect B hose for plugging.
Verify B material filters are not plugged.
Verify B meter gears spin freely.
