Tip 2 : Reduced Tip Life
To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- If tank heaters are utilized, reduce temperature setting or turn off heaters.
- Hose heat is not necessary, unplug heated hoses.
For applicators utilizing compressed air:
- Adjust air pressure to applicator per material manufacture recommendation; ensure specification is achieved at applicator inlet. It may be necessary to increase the air pressure in order to account for flow losses through the hose bundle.
- Air compressor capacity is too small, follow material manufactures recommendation for compressor sizing.
