To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Calibrate the hose. New systems ship without a hose calibration, so E57 is expected the first time a new Reactor 1 is powered on in Resistance hose control mode.
Calibrate the hose. Turning the hose on in Manual hose control mode erases the hose calibration. When the system returns to Resistance hose control mode (it does so at every power-up), E57 is displayed.
Correct any other active hose alarm and then calibrate the hose. The calibration stops without saving a value if it is cancelled, if the hose heat turns off during the measurement, or if the measurement does not finish in time. E57 stays active.
