Hose Temperature below set pont or Hose does not maintain temperature while spraying

To avoid serious injury follow all warnings and instructions in the manual. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Increase A and B primary heater set points. Hose is designed to maintain temperature and provide the termperature increase shown in Performance Chart, see product manual.

Ensure ambient temperature is within the equipment and chemical product specifications. Raise ambient and fluid temperatures as necessary.

Review hose Preformance Chart, see product manual, and ensure the hose is operating within the hose performance limits. Solutions may require:

• Increasing the inlet fluid temperature.

• Increasing the primary heater
temperature setting.
• Reducing the flow rate to increase
thermal transfer to fluid

Use smaller mix chamber. Decrease pressure.

Wait for hose to preheat to correct temperature before spraying. Although the fluid within the hose may be at the desired operating temperature, the hose bundle may still be cool, reducing hose performance.

Verify line voltage. Low line voltage significantly reduces power available to hose heat system.

Check all electrical connections inside controle module. See Wiring Schematics in product manual. Inspect control module power cord and hose power cords. Repair or replace as necessary.
